There is a storage shed (shared with all tenants). Parking for one vehicle in the gravel lot. This property does not have air conditioning nor does it have laundry. This property is a short walk from the heart of Old Town, an urban historic district featuring many local businesses, boutiques, cafes, bakeries, restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios, tattoo parlors, art galleries and more. Walk/bike to the Lansing River Trail & the Brenke Fish Ladder.
This property is cat friendly (limit 2). No dogs allowed. $300 non-refundable pet fee. $25 monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. $70 monthly flat fee for water/sewer/electric. $50 monthly flat fee for gas. Tenant is responsible for lawn & snow maintenance (shared between all tenants). This is a non-smoking property.
$40 non-refundable screening fee per applicant over the age of 18. Credit check will be ran. Security deposit will be 1.0-1.5 times rent depending on application score.
