25 East has been a great community to live in. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Ive had zero issues with my apartment since moving in and have been very happy with everything. I’ve been especially happy using the gym and the pool for how well-maintained they are.

Overall, have had a pretty good experience living here. The repair guys are always very quick, the nature outside is nice, and there are frequently events going on which are nice. Only real problems were some move in issues where some of the furniture and overall apartment were more dirty/broken than expected, and the problem with frequent stink bugs(though it is on a marsh so only so much you can do).

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far! The office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Maintenance does a great job as well—they respond quickly and work hard to get work orders completed as soon as possible. One of my favorite things about living here is the amenities. The pool is perfect during warmer months, the gym is super convenient, and the free printing has honestly been a lifesaver. To top it all off, they even provided me with a bus pass that works all semester, which makes getting around so much easier—especially on days I don’t feel like driving. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and convenient place to live, and I would definitely recommend it!

25 east has been the only apartment complex I’ve lived in since attending MSU. I am sadly relocating this fall, so it is my last spring here at this community. I absolutely love the location - not too far from campus so you can get there quick, but far enough to not have all the campus traffic! There’s an amazing walking path, and pond as well. Also the staff is very friendly, and they do their best everyday to ensure you feel safe and seen! I will miss 25 east but I recommend!
