We keep the building very quiet and it is therefore ideal for serious students or those who enjoy peace and quiet when they return home. The building is pet-free. The Michigan Avenue CATA bus stop is directly out front and provides access to Meridian Mall, both downtowns, and a route through the heart of MSU campus even though you live directly next to campus. On-site reserved personal parking space is available for $20 per month open space and $30 per month carport space. All utilities (heat, AC, trash and water) except electricity are included. The apartments are unfurnished, and tenants select and cover their own cable/internet plans.
