Overall the experience has been okay! The apartments are not the most up to date or well maintained, but considering our base rent price, it is okay. The gym could use updated equipment. Maintenance and the leasing office have been easy to work with.

Great place with Great neighbors I would always live here for the rest of my life if I have to. The leasing office and gyms the game rooms are all my favorite here.

Very nice, some minor inconvenience like with bugs, our washer/dryer but other than that I love having my own bathroom. I also love how it is close to GVSU, and also to my placement for my teacher apprenticeship
