Washer and dryer are in the basement, free to use. The two rooms are right next to each other on the main floor. If you have a roommate, you can split $700 and each have your own room. If not, you can rent out both rooms for yourself. Right next to... the bathroom, with shower. Owner lives upstairs, busy schedule though. It's pretty quiet here. Huge backyard, parking space, access to laundry washer/dryer right down stairs. Utilities are already included in the rent amount. Ok with kids, but allergic to most dogs/cats. Beds are here, you can keep them or bring in your own furniture.
