better off looking somewhere else unless you want a $400 fine upon moving out for leaving the apartment in better condition than when you moved in.

Great for the price!
I really enjoy living here! The main site apartments are super big (only downside is that the kitchen and bathroom are a little smaller, but the living area and bedrooms are huge!). The staff is so sweet and the amenities are nice, especially convenient that they recently added a printer! My only drawbacks are that the guest parking isn’t on site and my apartment wasn’t very clean when moving in. Overall, the apartments are very nice for how low the cost is.
