This leasing office was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They charge you $200+ for application fees, and once you are approved, they will not respond immediately for 72 hours so that they can avoid refunding the application fees. Every time they come up with entirely new rent and leasing prices, it's insane.
From the beginning, the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. I can name at least three people who are more like scammers.
Communication Issues: They were incredibly unresponsive to... calls, and emails.
Lack of Transparency: They were so inconsistent with the rent prices.
I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from this property to be extra cautious, it's more like a scamming ppl agency, not leasing. Far better options with more professional and respectful management are available.

It’s been great living at the Tower. The staff, maintenance, and managers have been super accommodating to all my needs. Definitely recommend this beautiful upgraded place!

I had a great experience visiting the Tower. It was exactly what my roommate and I were looking for with newly renovated units, a balcony, large bedrooms and closets, and proximity to campus. The study rooms and gym are in great condition too. Staff was extremely helpful with answering questions throughout the leasing process.

It is right next to MSU and even has a walking path to the university. My apartment was nearly renovated and I am loving the brand new gym and study areas downstairs!

We do not refund the administration fee after 72 hours of the application being... completed as this is the policy in place and on our applications.
