Finishing up my second year living here, shared a 4-bed with some classmates. There is not a thing that hasn’t gone wrong with our apartment. Furnace has broken 4-5 times, my bedroom has flooded at least 3 times, a different roommate’s bedroom has flooded 2 or 3 times, and we’ve awakened to find the floor of the entire apartment wet for some unknown reason (maintenance couldn’t figure out why and just left it) numerous times as well. 4 months into our first year the dishwasher flooded and we... spent a week unable to access our kitchen because they were jackhammering through the floor. Drains have clogged on numerous occasions. All of this, and glenwood has not offered any sort of compensation for our trouble or any sort of rent reduction, despite the apartment being borderline unlivable at times. This is the lowest-costing place in East Lansing, but paying slightly more to avoid these problems would have been much better in hindsight. Save yourselves, go someplace else.
