Great Apartment and Great Managment

I am on my third year living here and have not encountered any issues yet! Needing maintenance is rare but they are always quick and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, in a perfect location close to MSU and also close to any store or restaurant or service you could ever need! Will always recommend this complex!

Just resigned for another year! Love it

I really enjoy living here. The cost is great, too, compared to places in the area. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, they send someone right away. It gets quiet at night and I feel safe living here alone as a woman in her 20s. Even though I just got a new job 40 mins away, I chose to renew because I’d rather have a bit of a commute than leave. I have a two bedroom to myself for my at home office and it’s very affordable.

Good place, great price

We moved in after a lease falling through elsewhere. I couldn't believe the price after we toured! I saw worse apartments down the road for $300 more a month. My unit is cute, it has built ins and a nice kitchen. I haven't really had any issues and if I have, the super was always there basically right away to fix them. The lawns are well taken care of and the laundry rooms are always clean.

Miracle

I have been running around East Lansing looking for a place to stay after my first choice did not follow through. It was move out day and that's when I found out about Woodbrook apartments. They're very welcoming,understanding and finished all the paperwork within a couple of hours.I moved in the next day and they said that it was the fastest moving process and I was very thankful and excited. I Enjoy living there because it was very comfortable, quiet for a college student and they were always... a phone call away. I love my first apartment experiences and I have them to thank for it.

Apartment Decent though with issues

The apartment is located in a great area. There is tons of stuff nearby and is at a pretty low price comparatively. Though I have encountered issues . The apartment seems to have been untimely in responses to some issues, though I don't have comparison cases as this is my first apartment and I have encountered issues where a late fee was posted with no late payment and other issues like double posting of rent. The buildings seem nice though and the staff nice.
