We live here. If your rent is not paid by the 5th, they WILL have their lawyers file a summons and take you to court. The summons is based upon written document for payment demand they drop off on the 9th. The summons is for eviction if not paid in full by 16th or court date (whatever is later). They ARE serious, they charge you the fees for this, and this WILL happen each and every month.

Carriage Hill East is a great apartment and town home community. The area is quiet, which is great for families and students looking to get away from the usual party atmosphere of other apartments around MSU. The town homes are really spacious and affordable. The community is right on the 24 CATA Bus Route and is conveniently located near popular shopping and dining destinations. I would definitely recommend Carriage Hill East!
